หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Leads, mentors, and inspires a Data Engineering team, driving strategic direction and professional growth
• Oversees the development and enhancement of enterprise-wide data pipelines and architecture to ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability
• Provide technical guidance and career development opportunities, ensuring the team remains engaged and motivated
• Drives the design and optimization of scalable, high-performance data pipelines across cloud and on-prem environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data models and pipeline architectures
• Implements data governance policies to ensure quality, compliance, and security
• Stay up-to-date with emerging data engineering tools, technologies and best practices, driving adoption within the team
• Ensure data integrity, reliability, and compliance with data governance policies
• Other tasks as ordered by the supervisor

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/Business Administration/ Information Technology or related fields
• Exp 5+ years
• Proven leadership experience in data management or related fields
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration tools like Informatica, Talend
• Expertise in data warehousing solutions and big data solutions
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
