หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with airlines, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient air freight handling.
• Work closely with team members to support the needs of assigned customers.
• Develop and maintain regular communication strategies to engage with customers at both corporate and local levels.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to provide a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints tactfully, and finding solutions to complex issues.
• Monitor and analyze profit and loss data for customers and locations to identify and address potential challenges.
• Maintain a strong understanding of airline networks, geographical markets, and cargo trends.

• In-depth knowledge of airline networks, cargo markets, and freight operations.
