Position: Business Development Executive/ นักพัฒนาธุรกิจ

Location: Ubon Ratchathani

Salary: 30,000-45,000 Baht/month

Company Background:

Our client is leading in construction and agricultural manufacturing based in Ubon Ratchathani. They are looking for professional and active candidate to drive the business's growth.

 Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for System Improvement e.g. Reorganization, Process & Document flow, Data Collection & Reporting, ISO 9001, 14000, 18000, KPI setting & Revision
• Dealing with New Project Development, including operation, legal, licensing, technical, finance for several section such as Power Plant, Sugar Mill, Hotel, Gas Station, etc.
• Managing Corporate Finance e.g. Financial model, Cash flow management, Tax management, Project finance, L/G, Pre-Post Finance, Collateral Management, PN, OD, Refinance, Hair-cut, etc.
• Providing Board& Management document and presentation
• Controlling Business Group Restructure/ share capital restructuring e.g. IPO, holding company, etc.    

 Qualifications:

• Graduated in Bachelor of Finance, Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 1-5 years experiences in Business Development or Corporate Finance is advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Age not more than 30 years old 
• Thai Nationality only
• Based in Ubon Ratchathani with frequent travel to Bangkok
