Pecunia Asset Management Ltd. was founded in 2005 in the United Arab Emirates under the name of Nordic Invest. Based in Dubai, with representative offices around the Middle East, São Paolo and Shanghai, Nordic Invest has gathered significant and world-class experience from a variety of markets – both booming and busting.

At the end of 2013, Nordic Invest became a part of JOOL Capital Partner AB, a leading Swedish financial firm, fully licensed by Finansinspektionen in Sweden and Finanstilsynet in Norway. As a result, Pecunia was formed.

In 2015, Pecunia acquired Montpelier Nordic, with head offices in Labuan, Malaysia. Now, Pecunia has representative offices in Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Pattaya. Moreover, we are fully licensed by LFSA and have over 100 years of combined industry experience.
